Cancellation policy:
Should you cancel your reservation less 72 hours (3 days) of your reservation time or on the move day, you will forfeit the full deposit amount (non-refundable), unless specification noted in quote. The original date of service is used as the basis for the cancellation date. Customers are able to reschedule their date and time within the 72 hour window at no penalty. The purpose of broker/reservation deposits are to secure move reservations and availability of space on trucks.
